Dialog items description:
- Type - Select the type of proxy server you want to use for the data sources stored in this folder.
- Server - Stores the address of the proxy server.
- Port - The port number on which the server listens for client connections.
- User - The user name used by the login on the proxy server.
- Password - The password used by the login on the proxy server.
