"Convert File Names" Request Parameters

This dialog displays all parameters of a specific "Convert File Names" request. To open this dialog use the menu item "Convert File Names".

Dialog items description:

• Replace - BitKinex replaces all occurences of the specified string in every file name.
• To lowercase - File names will be converted to lowercase (e.g. "documents and settings").
• To uppercase - File names will be converted to uppercase (e.g. "DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS").
• First letter in each word to uppercase - BitKinex converts the first letter in each word of a file name to uppercase (e.g. "Documents And Settings").
• Don't move to History upon completion - Turn this option on if the request should not be automatically moved to the History upon completion. This is useful especially for tasks which are performed periodically (e.g. uploading news to a website etc.).
