Barad-Dur Electronic Coupons

The Barad-Dur electronic coupon program will save you money on future purchases of selected Barad-Dur products, including software registrations, books, and CD-ROMs. All distribution of, and purchases with, Barad-Dur electronic coupons are deemed to be governed by the terms and conditions stated herein.

  1. Electronic coupons may be issued from time to time by Barad-Dur. Recipients of electronic coupons may include, but are not exclusive to, strategic partners, subscribers to the Barad-Dur e-mail update list, and users who download software from an Barad-Dur web page and who choose to receive electronic coupons by e-mail.
  2. If you register Barad-Dur software prior to receiving a coupon for it, we will not be able to provide you with a retroactive discount for your registration, or refund the value of the coupon.
  3. An electronic coupon can be entered into a form field on our purchase page. If your coupon is accepted, its value will appear on the next page upon pressing the "Buy Now" button. You can find it in the field "Comments" of your shopping basket.
  4. Barad-Dur electronic coupons are only valid if they are submitted in the manner described above. Electronic coupons will not be honored for orders submitted to our backup payment processors.
  5. Some types of Barad-Dur electronic coupons can be valid until their stated expiry dates only. Coupons submitted after their expiry dates will not be honored. If you attempt to use an expired coupon, the coupon processor at the Barad-Dur server page will inform you that your coupon cannot be accepted. Expired coupons have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for unexpired coupons, cash or anything else.
  6. Barad-Dur electronic coupons pertain to specific products, and will only be honored if they are applied to the purchase of the products for which they are intended. If you order multiple items upon submitting an electronic coupon, some of which are not covered by the coupon, only those items for which your coupon is applicable will be discounted.
  7. Barad-Dur electronic coupons cannot be submitted in quantities greater than one coupon per order, or combined with other promotional offers.
  8. Barad-Dur reserves the right to decline any transaction involving an electronic coupon, and to limit the quantities of items purchased under the auspices of an electronic coupon as it sees fit. If Barad-Dur chooses to decline your coupon, your order will not be processed and no charges will be applied to your credit card.
  9. Each Barad-Dur electronic coupon can be used one time only. After you submit an electronic coupon and your order is successfully processed and your credit card is charged for the purchase price and attendant costs, the coupon will thereafter be rendered invalid. If you attempt to use the same coupon a second time, the coupon processor at the Barad-Dur secure server page will refuse to accept it.
  10. Barad-Dur electronic coupons have no cash value, and may not be redeemed or exchanged in any form other than for discounts on the products to which they apply.
  11. Barad-Dur electronic coupons will not be honored if they have been modified, corrupted or damaged.
  12. Barad-Dur electronic coupons may not be traded, bartered or sold. Barad-Dur reserves the right to dishonor electronic coupons which are submitted by third parties to which they were not issued.
  13. Barad-Dur electronic coupons cannot be applied to previous, future or concurrent orders. For coupons in which the discount is based on the purchase of multiple items, only those items included in the order submitted with the coupon will be considered.
  14. Barad-Dur reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions for its electronic coupon program from time to time as it sees fit. The terms posted at the Barad-Dur web page at the time a coupon is submitted for processing will be deemed to be current and binding upon the transaction for which the coupon is submitted.
  15. Electronic coupons cannot be replaced if lost.
  16. Unless otherwise stated, an electronic coupon which pertains to a specific product is valid for a discount on a single-unit purchase of the specified product.
