We offer free updates for all BitKinex releases according to the FUNG (Free Updates up to Next Generation) plan.
We have developed this unique method to provide our customers with a fair, high quality service. FUNG guarantees free updates of a product for more than one year, until a release of the "next generation" will be available.
BitKinex "generation" is identified by the first digit of a version number (e.g. the version "2.3" identifies a BitKinex release of the second generation). Therefore, the customers can always bring their BitKinex installation to a completely new level for free, even if it should take many years! The time span between two generations depends on the number of new features we're able to add (the current estimation is more than three years).
Once you've purchased BitKinex, you can always check your FUNG details in the integrated "Serial number" dialog.
