PARTNERS agree to redistribute the electronic discount coupons for Barad-Dur software products among their direct customers exclusively. PARTNERS agree to place a link to BitKinex home site (http://www.bitkinex.com) on their pages and to keep it functional and up-to-date.
Personal and company information provided by PARTNERS will be used for the purposes of SPP exclusively. PARTNERS can cancel their membership without prior notice at any time using their online account or via e-mail.
The discount level associated with electronic coupons is based on the initial negotiation and can be changed by BARAD-DUR at any time.
BARAD-DUR provides PARTNERS with an access to the online coupon generator using secret login parameters. PARTNERS agree to keep these login parameters confidential, never pass them to third parties and to generate COUPONS in amounts which correspond to the number of their customers only.
BARAD-DUR reserves the right to cancel accounts of PARTNERS violating conditions stated in this document without prior notice. Discount coupons generated by PARTNERS which do not participate in SPP anymore will be automatically dishonored.
Barad-Dur reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions for its SPP from time to time as it sees fit.
