BitKinex sends invalid value "infinity" in Timeout header for WebDAV requests

Hello there

BitKinex sends the header "Timeout: infinity" when LOCKing a WebDAV resource, but the correct value according to the RFC is "infinite". It would be nice if you could fix this.

I'm sorry, the correct value according to the RFC is "Infinite" (with a capital i)
