Webdav address

My webdav server (Apache2, OpenSUSE 12.1) has an address
https://myserver/webdav
But I do not seem to be able to enter the /webdav in BitKinex. Thus when I connect, I get a popup "http: / not allowed"
Webdav works in OS X.
How do I enter the correct URL?
Webdav problem with url
I need a Windows WebDav client but this is useless if I cannot specify a directory after the port. For example 101.102.103.104:8080/cms/dav
I try using /cms/dav but it is ignored.
